                                    Lifting of Suspension of Disbursements


        The Republic of Equatorial Guinea has now settled its overdue payments to International
Development Association (IDA/SecM2012-0082). Consequently Equatorial Guinea's right to
make withdrawals under effective and not fully disbursed credits and grants has been reinstated
as of February 16, 2012.
