Under component 1, works related to the protection of the beach in Saly are progressing well, and 82% of project-affected people have been compensated. Activities implemented by the Ministry of Tourism and Air Transport (MTAT) have seen little progress since the last mission. Under component 2, round 1 of the BPC has still not concluded, the Senegal Market Access Facility was launched with a delay on October 8, 2019, and only one out of three one-stop shops is now operational.
