Supplemental Contribution to the Restated and Amended
Administration Agreement between the Federal Ministry of Finance of
Austria and the Irternational Bank for Reconstruction and
Development and tAe International Development Association
concerning the Donor Funded Staffing Program (TF 071226)
(the "Fund")
Dear Mr. Waiglein:
1.    We refer to the Restate-d and Amended Administration Agreement between the
Government of the Federal V1inistry of Finance of Austria (the "Donor") and the
In1ernational Bank for Reconstruction and Development ("IBRD"), the International
Development Association ("A") (collectively, the "Bank"), concerning the Donor
Funded Staffing Program (TF 071226) (the "Trust Fund") effective as of July 1, 2011, as
amended (the "Agreement").
2.    We are pleased to ackn3wledge, on behalf of the Bank, the intention of the Donor
to make a supplemental contri)ution to the Trust Fund in the amount of one million two
hundred eighty three   thousand five hundred fifty two United States Dollars
(US$ 1,283,552) (the "Suppl.-mental Contribution"). This Supplemental Contribution
will be allocated to the Junior Level Window.
3.     The Donor shall depo;it the Supplemental Contribution into such bank account
designated by the Bank promptly following countersignature of this Amendment by the
Donor and submission of a payment request by the Bank.
4.    When making such dc posit, the Donor shall instruct its bank to include in its
payment details information (remittance advice) field of its SWIFT payment message,
information indicating: the amount paid, that the payment is made by the Donor for
TFO71226 (the "Donor Funde I Staffing Program") and the date of the deposit (Deposit
Instruction). In addition, th- Donor shall provide a copy of the Donor's Deposit
Instruction to the Bank's Acccunting Trust Funds Division by e-mail sent to
tfienitadvice@worldbank.org or by fax sent to (202) 614-1315.

5.    All other terms and cor,ditions of the Agreement shall remain the same and shall
ap,.ly to the Supplemental Conribution.
6.    The Bank will disclose this Amendment and related information on this Trust
Fund in accordance with the World Bank Policy on Access to Information. By entering
into this Amendment, the Dor or consents to disclosure of this Amendment and related
information on this Trust Fund
7.    Please confirm your agreement with the foregoing, on behalf of the Donor, by
sig ning and dating two origina. s, retaining one original for your records and returning the
other original to the Bank. Upon :eceipt by the Bank of the original countersigned by
you, this Amendment will beccme effective as of the date of the countersignature.
