Then subsequent consultations were organized for the ESIA and the RAP. Most of the inputs during the meetings were on the underpasses / overpasses for the communities; these were incorporated in final technical designs for both lots. Additional technical designs are under preparation for further improvement of local accesses. During the implementation GRM has been established to address issues that might be raised during the construction works. Communities can access GRM directly by contacting PESR or through site supervisor and the contractor. Contact information is available in the local government premises and in the public Comments: spaces in the villages. In addition to the consultations for the ESIA/RAP, the GRM did not accept only the personal grievances of affected persons but also community requests about the exits and underpasses. GRM thus also served as a channel for communication / platform between the community and the PESR. Local governments played a facilitator role on this. The communities contacted PESR either through the formal GRM "windows" or through the local governments. Each municipality had appointed a person to organize the feedback from the communities.
