Channels include the Presidential virtual reception, the NES hotline, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram channels, and also at the regional level (which has similar channels at NES subsidiaries). This covers all the substations financed under the MUTSP project. Overall, 34 grievances have been received concerning transmission system during 9 months of 2019, and all of them were resolved. In addition, the Comments: PMU has conducted [number] consultations with beneficiaries on key project-related activities. During the civil works (which will commence soon), under the requirements of the Operations Manual guidelines, the contractors are required to maintain billboards with information about the works, and the hotline numbers/channels for GRM for residents to use.
