First Amendment to the Disbursement Financial Information Letter dated March 23, 2017.
Additional Instructions: Disbursement and Financial Information Letter
Excellency:
I refer to the Financing Agreement between the Republic of Burundi (the "Recipient") and the
International Development Association (the "Association") for the above-referenced project. The
Agreement provides that the World Bank may issue additional instructions regarding the withdrawal of the
proceeds of IDA Grant No. D166-BI (collectively "Financing"). I also refer to the Disbursement and
Financial Information Letter dated March 23, 2017.
This Disbursement Financial Information Letter shall be amended as set forth in this letter (the
"First Amendment") to add a Designated Account to Category 3 of Attachment to the Amendment of the
Financing Agreement dated.
The instructions, set forth in Section II (vi) Withdrawal of Financing Proceeds (Advances) of the
Disbursement and Financial Information Letter dated March 23, 2017 shall be modified as followed:

DA-A for category 1
DA-B for category 2
DA-C for category 3

III. Reporting on Use of Financing Proceeds
(i) Supporting Documentation (section 4). Supporting documentation should be provided with each
application for withdrawal as set out below:

All other instructions and attachments of the Disbursement and Financial Information Letter (IDA
DI 660 dated March 23, 2017 which are not expressly modified in accordance with this letter, shall remain
in force and effect.
