The one-employee, one-file process has been completed in all seven participating ministries and counties. The new performance management system which was introduced in the participating ministries is under implementation. One annual cycle of performance management has been completed. The Civil Service Agency (CSA) is continuing with the printing and distribution of new Biometric ID cards (with hologram features) to civil servants. The Project Oversight Committee mandated to provide strategic and policy guidance to the project is yet to be reconstituted following the change in government.
