The June 2016 mission findings allowed the team to maintain the project performance ratings at Moderately satisfactory. The coordination unit needs to continue working on the agreed activity on during the mission. An early restructuring is envisioned, especially on component two, regarding the rehabilitation of the main slaughter house. A follow-up mission in September 2016 will allow the team to finalize the conditions for the restructuring and start processing it.
