    Transfer from Surplus to Fund the IBRD Fund for Innovative Global Public
                                Goods Solutions


RESOLVED:

      THAT IBRD transfer from surplus, by way of grant, US$ 45 million as of the effective
date of this resolution, to the IBRD Fund for Innovative Global Public Goods Solutions (the
“GPG Fund”) administered by IBRD, such transfer proceeds to be drawn down as needed
for the purposes of the GPG Fund.
