The procurement process for the Design, Build and Maintain civil works and monitoring consultancy services contracts has been delayed. The Implementing Agency (IA) after evaluation of the bids and a series of review with the Bank, has cancelled all the bids and go for retendering as no bidder was found substantially responsive to the requirements of the Bid Documents. A revised bidding document for the civil works has been prepared by the IA and cleared by the Bank and re-tendering commenced on September 17, 2018. The Technical Evaluation Report (TER) for the monitoring consultancy services has been submitted to the Bank for review and No Objection.
