The new Minister highlighted her priorities during the last mission (March 24 - 28th, 2014) recognizing the complementarity between this Project and the DPL II (under preparation) given the priority areas defined for the latter. More specifically, after Page 1 of 5 The World Bank Report No: ISR14677 meetings with all MIDIS social programs and General Directorates, MIDIS agreed to present for consideration a revised procurement plan that will reflect new priorities and synergies among the various operations and project (DPL, SWAp, TF's) and the TAL Project. The TAL is considered a relevant channel to support the prior actions of the new DPL as well as to improve the performance of SWAp priorities related to the Juntos program. Minor changes are expected for the new procurement plan, and no need for project restructuring is expected. Public Disclosure Copy The Project has achieved a good implementation pace now. However, there is still room for improvement. The team highlighted the importance of intra-MIDIS collaboration and complementary work as well as the intensive use of the rich database that the targeting system SISFOH (Sistema de Focalizacion de Hogares) has for policy design purposes and for programming decision-making. An implementation support mission is expected at the beginning of next fiscal year (July or August) to discuss implementation of the new procurement plan, Project indicators and Indigenous Peoples Plan.
