In 2014, the program rehabilitated about 160 km of the National main road network, making a total of about 392 km rehabilitated since January 2013; the rehabilitation target is achieved. Yet, in 2014, only 3.050 km of the National main road network were maintained under performance-based arrangements, compared to a target of 3.250 km. Finally, while some institutional strengthening activities have substantially progressed (in particular with the organization, respectively in Dec. 2014 and May 2015, of international seminars on social processes and environmental management of roadworks), other Program Action Plan activities are lagging behind.
