Upgrading of LIS in Jinja, Masaka and Mbarara has been done. Revenue collections have increased since the launch of the LIS. Component 2: Business Registration and Business Licensing Reforms Construction of the URSB building is at 35 percent completion. Component 3: Tourism Competitiveness Development Labor force for the Tourism Sub-sector The UHTTI building works are ongoing and works are at 60 percent completion. Component 4: Matching Grant Facility: A total of 248 SME's supported; Beneficiaries are 288,000 (51% are women), at least 2,000 jobs created among the benefiting MSMEs; and 10% increase in non-traditional exports among the benefiting MSMEs. Procurement: All the main procurements have now been committed and this include the Uganda Registration Services Bureau building, where construction is ongoing, 10 MZOs and the girl’s dormitory are completed. The construction of HTTI building is ongoing.
