The Wardanieh Water Treatment Plant (WTP) expropriation was completed in December 2018 and works are ongoing. The Beirut Mount Lebanon Water Establishment (BMLWE) has completed all the networks and the handover from the contractor to the BMLWE of four zones A, B, C and D is completed and put into service since June 2019. The works consisted of 450 km of pipes and 24 distribution reservoirs (storage between 500 m3 and 1,000 m3) in four zones.
