Its closing date is 09/20/2018. Page 1 of 7 The World Bank Report No: ISR15215 Works are now completed in twelve sub-projects and are ongoing in six others out of the twenty subprojects covered by the initial loan. In one site, after failure of the second bidding attempt, rebidding is under preparation, and in the last one, bidding documents are being finalized. If the original loan closing date (currently 12/31/2014) is not extended, at least US$ 7 million of the original loan will be lost, part of one subproject (Mogilev) will not be implemented under this project and two others will require substantial counterpart financing to ensure their completion. Public Disclosure Copy With regards to the AF, none of the eight new subprojects has entered bidding phase yet. Over the past 6 months: - disbursements have increased by US$ 8.5 million, reaching US$ 42.7 million (28% of loans amount) - commitments have increased by US$ 4.4 million, reaching US$ 52.5 million
