The World Bank Group Impact Evaluations: Relevance and Effectiveness

1.     The Committee discussed the report entitled The World Bank Group Impact Evaluations:
Relevance and Effectiveness (CODE2012-0018) and Draft Management Response (CODE2012-0021).
The highlights and conclusions of its discussion were reported to the Board (CODE/GS2012-0014).

Other Business

2.       The Chair expressed on behalf of CODE members, appreciation to Mr. Alessandro Legrottaglie
for his contributions to the Committee. The Chair also welcomed Mr. Fred Baechli who will be the new
Secretary for CODE.

Date of Next Meeting

3.      The Committee is scheduled to meet jointly with the Budget Committee on May 23, 2012 to
discuss the Independent Evaluation Group Work Program and Budget (FY13) and Indicative Plan (FY14-
15).
