This first ISR is based on the recent project launch conducted from October 22-24, 2019 with delegations from all four project participating countries (Dominica, Grenada, Saint Lucia and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines), as well as with delegations from the Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) and the OECS Commission. To date, five of the six Financing Agreements have been signed.
