One of the PDO objectives, the transition rate from primary to lower secondary, has increased well above the initial target, and this is likely to be related to improvements in the Asesores Pedagogicos Itinerantes intervention, both in terms of training and supervision. As for the second indicator, the indicator is well above the target (63.0%) for the school year 2014-2015. In the sample used to measure the transition rate from primary to secondary, 82% of the schools are served by a Mobile Pedagogical Tutor. For some of the ECD intermediate outcomes, CONAFE is planning to measure the indicators only in the states where CONAFE is entirely responsible of the service delivery (Esquema A states). This will impact the baseline, the targets for the indicators. See Number of ECD service points that are established and complete the minimum number of sessions provided for by the model at national level and Number of fathers and mothers educated, i.e. who attended at least 80 percent of the total number of sessions of the ECD model at national level.
