Road rehabilitation nd maintenance contracts, covering about 1,700 km of the State highway network, were awarded in November 2017. In parallel, BA-052 PPP public hearings start on January 18 in Salvador. Component 3 (rural roads and municipal accesses) implementation has also progressed, with public consultations finalized in 60 out of the 62 municipalities covered by the Project.
