The project supports the implementation of the Government of Punjab’s larger education program supporting the 2018 Education Goals. The project achieved 6 out of its 9 Disbursement Linked Indicator (DLI) on time and a 7th DLI has just been achieved. For the two remaining DLIs it is important that technical assistance firm is recruited to support the achievement of these DLIs. Even though in the remaining activities, progress is satisfactory, it is critical that the baseline values for two Project Development Outcome (PDO) Indicators are established immediately, without which progress cannot be measured accurately.
