Disbursements are at 7% with contractual commitments of approximately US$350,000. The parallel financing of EUR€4.5 million from the Nordic Development Fund for parts of Component B in support of INAM became effective in December 2013. Overall, there is successful integration of the Project as part of the Bank's larger portfolio of support to water resources management, flood risk management and climate change adaptation efforts. On an institutional level, there is efficient cooperation across the ministries working together under the Project. The "Optimisation of Hydro-Met Services Page 1 of 6 The World Bank Report No: ISR16784 Consultancy" that will inform the longer-term investments under the Project, was mobilized and currently is under implementation. The procurement of the long-term technical assistance Consultancy Services to Strengthen Overall Capacity of INAM is ongoing and soon it will be finalised. The hiring of Hydromet Project officer was completed who will support the Project Coordinator on technical hydromet activities in collaboration with relevant department. The main factors include: The consultancy on Optimisation of Hydro-Met Services Consultancy delayed which affect other activities; the PAMT was overwhelmed with multiple demands and the slow progress in hiring the Hydromet Project officer.
