An Inter Institutional Agreement between MIDIS (Ministry of Social Inclusion) and UCPS (Coordinator Unit of Sectorial Loans) was prepared and is about to be signed (awaiting the formal approval of the Operational Manual). MIDIS and UCPS Page 1 of 5 The World Bank Report No: ISR9458 expect the effectiveness condition (signed Inter Institutional Agreement) to be met by the beginning of April 2013 at the latest. Meanwhile, the project coordinator has been hired (in February 2013) and the procurement plan has been reformulated with inputs of the different units in MIDIS and is expected to be sent to the Bank for No Objection at the beginning of April 2013. The Bank team continues to provide technical assistance to the Ministry, its different units and the programs (Juntos Conditional Cash Transfer, Pension 65 and Qali Warma) regularly via the Peru Socially Inclusive NLTA.
