Amendment No. 6 to the Administration Agreement between the Royal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of
         the Kingdom of Norway and the International Development Association regarding
                                  the Single-Donor Trust Fund
      for Norway’s Support to the Regional Power Infrastructure Projects in Southern Africa
                                       (TF No. TF071244)



1.       Reference is made to the Administration Agreement between the Royal Ministry of Foreign Affairs
of the Kingdom of Norway (the “Donor”) and the International Development Association (the “Bank”)
regarding the regarding the Single-Donor Trust Fund for Norway’s Support to the Regional Power
Infrastructure Projects in Southern Africa (TF No.071244) (the “Trust Fund”) effective as of September 9,
2009, as amended (the “Administration Agreement”).

2.      The Parties agree to amend the Administration Agreement as follows:

(a)     Paragraph 11.1 of the Administration Agreement shall be deleted and replaced with the following:

        “11.1. It is expected that the Contribution funds shall be fully disbursed by IDA in accordance with
        the provisions of this Agreement by June 30, 2024. IDA shall only disburse Contribution funds for
        the purposes of this Agreement after such date with the written approval of the Donor."

(b)     Section II.(b) of the Annex shall be deleted and replaced with the following:

        “(b)    Categories of Expenditures: Civil works, goods, consulting services, non-consulting
        services, training and operating costs.”

(c)     Section IV of the Annex shall be deleted and replaced with the following:

        “IV.     Indicative Budget

        IDA shall provide indicative budget information for the Trust Fund at the Development
        Partner Center website, which may be updated periodically by IDA in consultation with
        the Donors. Such budget information is for informational purposes only.”

3.      All other terms of the Administration Agreement shall remain the same.

4.     Each of the Parties represents, by confirming its agreement below, that it is authorized to enter into
this Amendment and act in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Parties are requested to sign
and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed Amendment, this
Amendment shall become effective as of the date of the last signature.
