Now that the World Bank has resumed disbursements in Yemen, the grant agreement and disbursement letter were signed by the Bank on April 23, 2012, and countersigned by the government on May 12, 2012. Steps are underway to ensure compliance with the effectiveness conditions of the JSDF Grant in the coming weeks.
