Dear Sirs or Mesdames:
We refer to the provisions of paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to the Loan Agreement
(Cesme-Alacati Water Supply and Sewerage Project) of even date herewith between the
International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) and the Cesme-Alacati
Union (the Borrower).
We hereby inform you that the Borrower will monitor the quality of sea water at
the sea outfall at Alacati in accordance with the Attachment to this letter.
