AMENDMENT
to the Administration Arrangement between the Netherlands Minister for Development
Cooperation and the World Bank

Whereas the Netherlands Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation of the
Kingdom of the Netherlands (formerly the Minister for Development Cooperation) (the
"Minister") and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development ("IBRD") and the
International Development Association ("IDA") (collectively referred to as the "Bank")
concluded the Administration Arrangement for the above -referenced Project "Energy Sector
Clean-Up and Land Reclamation in Kosovo (the "Administration Arrangement").
Whereas developments relating to the Project justify amendment of the Administration
Arrangement mentioned,
Now therefore, the Minister and the Bank decide to:
1.    Extend the Closing Date: The seventh paragraph of the Administration
Arrangement shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced to read as follows:
"The Grant may be used to finance expenditures for the Project commencing on
October 11, 2012 and ending on June 30, 2014 (Closing date). The Minister has
agreed that the Bank is allowed to make disbursements up to six (6) months after
the Closing Date incurred on or before that date, in accordance with the Bank's
applicable policies and procedures."
Other terms of the Administration Arrangement remain unchanged.
