The level two restructuring is to extend the closing date of the project for 12 months from February 28, 2019 to February 28, 2020. The request for closing date extension will enable the project to fully implement all planned activities based on the revised action plan. The need for extension of the closing date came from several technical and logistical difficulties within NSO. Some of the major difficulties are as follows: high mobility of the NSO staff in the departments in charge to carry out the project activities, high mobility of NSO staff involved in the training of the students in statistics, leading to an extension of training duration overlap of project activities with that of other NSO activities resulting delay in the implementation of the project activities, overlapping of activities at the level of the NSO technical directorates leading to unavailability of managers, and non-availability of the NSO procurement plan for the year 2018.  Ver menos -
