MDF created a dedicated email address (feedback@mdf.org.ge) and assigned a staff person to manage the GRM as well as any communication with local population. The GRM email address and phone number are posted on all work sites on a banner prepared and supplied by MDF. Additionally, representatives of the contractor and supervision company on site receive and, where possible, address grievances locally. So Comments: far, only one grievance related to noise from construction traffic at the beginning of the project. Given that both project sites are located outside populated areas a high volume of grievances is not expected. The World Bank has encouraged MDF and the contractor and supervisor staff to ensure that GRM information is consistently available on site and in the closest population centers. GRM information has also been communicated at public consultations prior to the start of each sub-project.
